Shrimp processing optimized
For over 30 years, the search has been on for an efficient way to commercially process shrimp. With this innovative solution, that breakthrough has finally been achieved. The result: an economically viable and scalable processing method. The developed machine makes it possible to significantly improve the entire shrimp processing process, in terms of both speed and consistency. Where manual labor previously played a major role, this solution ensures a stable and reproducible end result.
INNOVATION IN PRACTICE
For a client in the fish processing industry, Innovotech developed a unique shrimp peeling machine that leaves the product virtually completely intact. Whereas existing solutions often lead to damage and loss of quality, this specially developed technique ensures a careful and controlled peeling process, preserving structure, shape, and yield.
From the initial idea and engineering to testing and final realization, this machine was developed entirely in-house, a solution that did not exist before.
