During a critical breakdown at sea, a defect in a weighing machine was resolved through the immediate intervention of Innovotech. One of the employees was urgently flown to Mauritania to rectify the malfunction on-site and prevent a complete production shutdown.
On a fishing boat off the coast of Mauritania, an essential weighing machine failed, threatening to bring the processing process to an immediate halt. Because the malfunction could not be resolved remotely and local technical support was lacking, rapid physical intervention was necessary.
The malfunction was analyzed and resolved on-site in a targeted manner, despite limited resources and conditions at sea. Thanks to this approach, the production process could be resumed quickly and in a controlled manner.
